The 2-billion yuan Zhicun New Material Project has settled in Yizhang County, Chenzhou City. The signing ceremony of the project as well as its groundbreaking ceremony was held on May 29.
The project is invested and constructed by Jiangxi Zhicun Lithium Company, covering an area of more than 300 mu (20 hectares). The project will build a lithium carbonate production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons and a production line for comprehensive utilization of construction material and its supporting facilities.
After being put into operation, it will achieve an annual output value of 8 billion yuan and provide more than 400 jobs, which is of great significance to enlarge the fluorine chemical industry chain in Yizhang and build a 10-billion-yuan industrial park.
